Jamshedpur, April 3: The court of ADJ cum special POSCO judge Sanjay Kumar found Mohammed Ramzani guilty of misbehaving with a six-year old girl.
While hearing the case on Monday, the court found the accused guilty but pronounce the point of sentence on Wednesday.
Additional Public Prosecutor Rajeev Kumar, who appeared on behalf of the aggrieved party, said that a total of seven people had testified in the case. Prior to this, in the year 2013, the Mango police arrested Mohd. Ramjani was sent to jail. The court also sentenced him. After coming from jail, he did this kind of Act again.
The incident is of the year 2020. On the day of the incident, the girl went to the adjacent Ramjani shop to bring biscuits from home. Shop owner Ramjani took the girl inside the shop on the pretext of giving her chocolates and started doing obscene acts with her.
Meanwhile, the girl’s uncle reached the shop in search of the girl, where he caught her red-handed while doing obscene acts, then the matter reached the police station.
