DIG Kolhan asks police to solve Kanhaiya murder case in 24 hrs
Jamshedpur, July 4: The police engaged in solving the murder of Kanhaiya Singh, the brother-in-law of former Ichagarh MLA Arvind Singh alias Malkhan Singh, has not achieved any success so far.

On Monday morning, State Health Minister Banna Gupta reached the residence of the former MLA in Adityapur and said that a dozen murders in the area in two months have put a big question mark on the working style of the police officers. He said that it is clear from the continuing criminal incidents that the officers of the police administration posted in the district have failed to handle law and order. Minister Banna Gupta also talked about action against such officials who are not keeping the dignity of the post. He said that he is going to attend the program of Dhanbad with the Chief Minister. Will discuss the whole matter with the Chief Minister there. A large number of supporters of former MLA including Congress leader Jagdish Narayan Choubey were present on the occasion.

Kolhan’s DIG Ajay Linda has said that the murder has been taken as a challenge by the police. After reaching Adityapur police station, he reviewed the investigation of the murder done by the SIT constituted under the leadership of SDPO. On this occasion, he also gave necessary directions to the police officers. It also included instructions to solve the Kanhaiya Singh’s murder case within 24 hours.
On this occasion, the DIG said that technical assistance is being taken from Jamshedpur Police for the disclosure of Kanhaiya Singh murder case. The police is thoroughly investigating all the aspects related to the murder.
