Jamshedpur MLA Saryu Rai land grab slur on BJP candidate for Dhanbad LS

Ranchi, May 14: Jamshedpur East MLA Saryu Rai has opened a front against BJP candidate Dhullu Mahato from Dhanbad.

Saryu Rai’s war of words with Dhullu Mahato has been going on ever since BJP made him the candidate from Dhanbad.

Saryu Rai has accused Dhullu Mahato of grabbing the land of more than 50 villagers. Saryu Rai has said that Dhullu Mahato has forcibly occupied the land of innocent villagers and surrounded them by building a boundary wall. There is talk of occupying the land by building a boundary wall on 200 acres of land of Darida and Ledhidumar Mauza.

Meanwhile BJP has defended in favor of Dhullu Mahato. The party has advised Saryu Rai to pack bag and return to his home assembly constituency of Jamshedpur East.

Former mayor cum BJP leader Chandrashekhar Aggarwal said that earlier Saryu Rai said that he will contest elections from Dhanbad, he is getting public support. After this he did not contest elections. Democracy does not work through rhetoric.

Saryu Rai said that Dhullu Mahato has captured the land of more than 50 Raiyat farmers by building a wall higher than the jail in Ledhidumar and Darida. They are putting pressure on the farmer to sell the land land at cheaper prices. The farmers who are protesting. They are asked to go to their land by helicopter. The land belongs to the ryots and farmers.
