Jamshedpur: Man accused of sexual exploitation acquitted

Jamshedpur: A man who was accused of sexual abuse in a case filed in 2020 was acquitted on Thursday since all witnesses in the case changed their statements. In December 2020 a complaint of sexual abuse and blackmail was registered by a woman against her brother-in-law at the Bistupur police station. She had alleged that the accused had sexually exploited her since the last 20 years. She claimed that the accused had video recorded her in a compromising position and had used it to blackmail her. The case was being heard at the court of Additional District Judge RK Singh.
