Jamshedpur girl slaps boyfriend publicly for ‘exploiting’ her

Jamshedpur, March 29: Traffic on the Bistupur main road was disrupted unexpectedly on Tuesday when a girl roughed up her alleged boyfriend publicly in broad daylight and accused him of exploiting her for the last 10 years. The girl also damaged her boyfriend’s vehicle.

Bringing the traffic to a halt, the girl further alleged that the man often comes to Jamshedpur for taking brown sugar. She said the boy had cheated her by promising to marry her.

The accused denied the charges and tried to convince the girl about his veracity. But the latter would not take it. Eventually, police was called in to control the situation. But before they could pull in, the accused was long gone. The girl said she also faced threat to her life from her now ‘estranged’ boyfriend.
