Jadugoda, Jan 2: A scooty belonging to Uranium Corporation of India Ltd (UCIL) officer, Aparna Pandey was stolen from her D-Type quarter in UCIL Colony at Jadugoda and an FIR to the effect was lodged in Jadugoda PS on December 31. Jadugoda PS OC Sanjeev Jha said that the police immediately swung into action and with the assistance of the technical cell, nabbed two youth and recovered the scooty from their possession. The two persons arrested included Sameer Mukhi and Aman Mukhi. The stolen scooty (JH 05 Z 2391) was recovered from Aman Mukhi’s house within 48 hours of lodging of the complaint.
