Saraikela: The Indian Red Cross Society (IRCS), Saraikela-Kharsawan district unit secretary Devadhidev Chatterjee has announced that the organization�s volunteers would be present in every Durga Puja pandal in the district from Saptami to Dashami and distribute free masks to devotees visiting pandals without masks. IRCS has also arranged to provide four pieces of soap every day to every pandal and would keep sanitizers available for visitors.
