Shop gutted near Tata Steel Gamharia Division, heavy loss reported

Jamshedpur, April 15: A sudden fire broke out at a roadside shop near Gate No. 1 of Tata Steel Gamharia Division under Gamharia police station on Tuesday night, completely destroying the establishment.

The shop, which sold safety equipment, was engulfed in flames so quickly that all goods were reduced to ashes, causing substantial financial loss to the owner. The victim said this was not the first such incident, claiming his shop had caught fire earlier as well and that he had also faced physical assaults, leaving him distressed both mentally and financially.

Police reached the spot after receiving information and initiated an investigation. The cause of the fire remained unknown. Locals demanded stronger security arrangements in the area.
