Jamshedpur, Oct 26: RVS College of Engineering and Technology inaugurated a two-day International Conference today, focusing on “Emerging Technologies in Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, and Blockchain.” The event was inaugurated by chief guest Dr. D. K. Singh, Vice Chancellor of Jharkhand Technical University, alongside notable figures including RVS Educational Trust Chairman Binda Singh and Secretary Bharat Singh.
The conference commenced with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp, attended by distinguished guests such as Chandan Raj, CEO of Suresh Chips Muzaffarpur, and Dr. Ram Kumar Solanki, Director of the International Affairs Cell at Sandip University. Administrative Dean Professor Krishna Murari welcomed the attendees, presenting bouquets to the guests.
Dr. D. K. Singh highlighted the transformative role of artificial intelligence in modern life, likening its influence to the character Sanjay from the Mahabharata. He emphasized India’s growing prominence in the global technology sector. Keynote speakers included Chandan Raj and Professor Janagi Amal Ramasami from Infrastructure University Kuala Lumpur, who shared insights on AI, IoT, and blockchain research.
Over 200 research papers were submitted, with 36 selected for presentation. Key topics discussed included IoT communication protocols for 6G networks, decentralized device management, and machine learning applications in groundwater predictions and fraud detection in healthcare. The conference aims to foster collaboration and innovation in these emerging fields.
