Dhanbad, June 2: In a move to reward academic excellence, IIT (ISM) Dhanbad has announced full tuition-free admission for the top 10 rank holders within the top 1000 candidates of the Common Rank List (CRL) in JEE (Advanced) 2025.
According to institute officials, this initiative has been introduced to recognize and support outstanding talent, ensuring that financial constraints do not hinder access to world-class education. “This reflects our strong commitment to meritocracy and our mission to provide a nurturing environment for high achievers,” said a spokesperson from IIT ISM.
The institute has also broadened its academic offerings this year, including a 5-Year Dual Degree B.Tech in Mining Engineering and MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain Management (in collaboration with IIM Mumbai), a 5-Year Integrated BS-MS in Chemical Science, and a 5-Year Integrated BS-MS in Physical Science.
To assist aspirants and their families in making informed decisions, IIT ISM will host a Virtual Open House on June 3, 2025, at 12:30 p.m. The event will feature Director Prof. Sukumar Mishra, along with senior faculty and administrative leaders. Attendees can explore academic programs, campus life, infrastructure, and career opportunities, and participate in a live Q&A session and virtual campus tour.
