Jamshedpur, Sep 5: Govind Vidyalaya Tamolia celebrated Teachers’ Day on 5th September 2024 with great enthusiasm in the school auditorium. The event was inaugurated by Secretary Abhishek Sharma with a ceremonial lamp lighting. Cultural performances by teachers and students highlighted the celebration, with heartfelt Teachers’ Day wishes exchanged.
In his address, Abhishek Sharma emphasized the vital role teachers play in guiding individuals toward success and shaping their ability to distinguish right from wrong. On this occasion, teachers Nisha Sharma, Munmun Das, Rumpa Sarkar, and Nandani Kumari were honored with incentive certificates. Principal Krishna Modak, in her speech, stressed the importance of education combined with good values for true success, wishing the teachers and students a bright future.
The program was led by Class 12 students under the supervision of HOD Naushad Razia. The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Kahkashan Shahid. Several school dignitaries were also present.
