Jamshedpur: East Singhbhum deputy commissioner (DC) Amit Kumar today said the state of Jharkhand was taking strides on the path of development. He said the government was committed to the overall development of the state and its people through various public welfare schemes. He said the distribution of assets and laying of foundation stone of various projects were testimony to this fact.
�The Central and state governments are implementing various development schemes for the eradication of poverty and unemployment. Jharkhand is touching newer heights every day whether it is about East of Doing Business or about increase in the GDP of the state. Jharkhand is now capable of leading other states in many areas of development,� he said.
