Ghatsila, April 28: Ghatshila College has announced that enrollment prospectuses for Intermediate Arts, Science, and Commerce faculties would be available starting May 10. Students were urged to collect their enrollment forms and submit them to the college by May 20.
Following the Lok Sabha elections, the merit list of received applications would be published on May 30. A meeting chaired by Principal Dr. RK Choudhary was conducted with Intermediate staff to discuss the nomination process.
During the meeting, it was stated that the Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) had mandated a reduction in seats for all faculties, limiting nominations to 384 per faculty. Consequently, it was decided that nominations would be strictly limited to this number, adhering to reservation rules. However, the application deadline would be extended if seat availability increased.
Present at the meeting were Principal Dr. Choudhary, Accountant Chandana Mukherjee, Enrollment Assistant Guna Ram Murmu, Raghunath Murmu, Sanjay Mardi, and Suryadev Tudu
