Ranchi, May 22: Chief �Minister Raghuvar �Das �has directed� the �additional �chief �secretary , Mining, �to produce �all �facts and documents �related �to �mining �department �in front of Jharkhand �High Court in �consultation with �the Advocate General, Jharkhand �to �safeguard �the �interests �of �the �state.
The CM �has �also �directed� the �additional �chief �secretary , Mining ��to �ensure� the �current �status �of State revenue �collection �and �further �steps ��required� for� revenue �collection �up growth.
Das �has �given �above �directions �in cognition �of� �the �interim �order passed �on �April 21, 2016 �by �High Court, Jharkhand, ��in �WP (C) No. 2027/16 .
