Ranchi: Governor Draupadi Murmu administered oath of office to retired High Court judge Dhruv Narayan Upadhyaya on Thursday.
On this occasion, Chief Minister Raghubar Das was also present.
Among others present on the occasion include executive Chief Justice of High Court, Justices of High Court, CS Raj Bala Verma, Additional CS Amit Khare, Principal Secretary Home S.K.G. Rahate, DGP D.K. Pandey, Personnel Principal Secretary Nidhi Khare, Sec Surendra Singh Meena and other senior officers were present.
