District Administration, Tata Steel should help Kadma shop owners: Jamshedpur MP

Jamshedpur, Feb 27: Jamshedpur MP Bidyut Baran Mahato immediately reached Kadma market and met the people and shopkeepers affected by the fire mishap on Monday.

 During the inspection, he found that 25 small and big shops were badly damaged. He interacted with the present shopkeepers and inquired about the incident. After this, talking to the senior officials of the district and the special officer of JNAC in this regard, asked them to assess the complete damage.

Mahato said that the shopkeepers will be given loans through bankers with the help of the district administration so that their livelihood can come back on track.

He also asked Saurabh Sinha, Director, DRDA, District Administration, that efforts should be made to provide as much help as possible from the Disaster Management Department in this regard.

  MP Mr. Mahto has also written a letter to the VP (CS) of Tata Steel in this regard to provide GC sheets (Tata Shakti) to the affected shopkeepers. He has said that after assessing the affected shopkeepers, help should be provided to them on the basis of humanity.
