Gua, Sep 7: In preparation for Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren’s visit to Gua on September 8 for the Martyrdom Day event and a public meeting, the district administration has finalized the necessary arrangements. Chief Minister Soren, along with several ministers, is scheduled to address the gathering at Gua Football Ground. A security-focused meeting was held on Saturday, led by Chaibasa Deputy Commissioner Kuldeep Chaudhary and DDC Sandeep Kumar Meena, in collaboration with various police officers of the district.
During the meeting, DC Chaudhary provided clear security guidelines, ensuring the Chief Minister’s safety. He announced that Soren would arrive in Gua by helicopter at 1:00 pm and would immediately head to the tribute meeting. Following the tribute ceremony, the Chief Minister is set to address the public, sharing details about various government schemes.
To maintain order and security, vehicles from the rally of party workers and villagers will be halted 5 kilometres from the event site. The district administration has arranged buses to transport attendees closer to the venue, after which they will proceed on foot. Security instructions also covered the parking of four-wheelers and the arrangement of basic amenities like drinking water at Gua ground.
In Gua, the streets are decorated with banners and flags, showcasing pictures of Chief Minister Hemant Soren. Archways of the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) and the Congress Party have been installed at key locations, adding to the festive atmosphere ahead of the event.
