Ranchi: Chief Minister Hemant Soren is set to join Congress leader Rahul Gandhi’s “Bharat Jodo Nyaya Yatra,” scheduled to commence from Manipur on January 14. The yatra, aimed at connecting with people across various states, will enter Jharkhand in the first week of February. Jharkhand Congress is actively engaged in preparations to ensure that Rahul Gandhi’s journey becomes a historic event in the state.
Congress State President Rajesh Thakur has extended an invitation to Chief Minister Hemant Soren to participate in Rahul Gandhi’s Nyaya Yatra. State General Secretary of Jharkhand Pradesh Congress, Rakesh Sinha, confirmed that Chief Minister Hemant Soren has given his consent to join the Nyaya Yatra. It is anticipated that the Chief Minister will participate in the yatra in certain Santhal districts.
Rakesh Sinha mentioned that Rahul Gandhi’s Nyaya Yatra will cover 13 districts in the state, although the specific route chart for the journey is yet to be received from Delhi. Once the route chart is available, a meeting will be convened with leaders from various political parties, including RJD, JDU, AAP, Left, and other allies.
Highlighting the significance of the Nyaya Yatra, Sinha stated that it addresses critical issues such as inflation, unemployment, corruption, and challenges to the Constitution.
