Christmas Day celebrated with gaiety at Govind Vidyalaya

Jamshedpur: While on the one hand, the Govind Vidyalaya premises in Tamolia was filled with the spirit of gaiety, but on the other, the students of std XII looked a bit sorrowful as today was their last day in school. But their feelings soon melted into prevailing mood of excitement and joy as the junior and senior students along with those of the Hindi section combined to present songs and dances to enhance the warmth in the auditorium even under chill conditions outside.
Santa Clause distributed gifts including sweets to all participants. School director Brahmadutt Sharma, principal Dr Sunita Sinha, administrator Krishna Modak,junior coordinator Rita Chowdhury, PRO Rajesh Sharma and other teachers and staff were present on the occasion.
The passing out students had a cake cut by Brahmadutt Sharma and sought his blessings for their success in the Board Exams and personal lives.
