Capacity building session at Motilal Nehru Public School

Jamshedpur, Sep 4: A day-long capacity building session was held at Motilal Nehru Public School (MNPS) today. The programme aimed at bringing in a better work culture among the teachers, administrative staff and para teaching staff. The session entitled ‘In it together’ focussed on behaviour, communication, time management and observation.

Noted retired engineer, Ashok Ghosal, a man of high calibre in the field of value engineering ( VE) and known for his contribution in this sphere both within the country and on foreign land was the resource person. Nearly 20 employees of the school participated in the session held under the aegis of Ace Consultants. 
One of the teachers who  attended the session said ” Earlier I thought it was an added burden, but having attended the program I consider myself lucky as what I learnt is of value to my family too. “

The MNPS management focuses on ensuring frequent training for all workforce. Principal Ashu Tiwary said that professional growth must keep happening. Generally the office admin staff and para teaching staff get neglected and this session aimed at their capability building. The participants enjoyed the session. Together they looked forward to a better work culture.
