Candle march today

Jamshedpur : Citybased NGO Samarthta Udan, India Foundation, met the additional deputy commissioner of East Singhbhum on Saturday accompanied by candle march and handed over a memorandum to him demanding
facilities for physically challenged persons and appointment of staff to help them at public
places.
