Ranchi : The MP of Ranchi Subodhkant Sahay today said that the progress of the state could not be ensured until and unless the welfare of tribal people was ensured.
He said a development model should be developed by including tribal people and villages in it. He was speaking during the annual Patkom Disom annual conference held at Chandil.
