Blood drive at Sacred Heart Convent School collects 30 units

Jamshedpur: To ensure regular supply of blood for the needy, the Interact Club of Sacred Heart Convent School organised a blood donation camp in support of cancer patients in the school premises on Thursday, December 14. Principal of the school Sister Mridula inaugurated the camp and made everyone aware about the benefits of donating blood and how it can save a person’s life.
This Blood Donation Camp is an annual event. Teachers, senior section students and parents came forward to donate blood. The drive collected more than 30 units which will be used for cancer patients.
