BJP prepares for PM Modi’s historic public meeting in Jamshedpur on September 15

Jamshedpur: Babulal Marandi, BJP state president addressing the media on Friday announced that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address a massive public rally in Jamshedpur on September 15.

Speaking at a press conference, Marandi emphasized that BJP is leaving no stone unturned in ensuring the success of this event, which is expected to be historic in scale.

Marandi revealed that the Prime Minister will inaugurate and lay foundation stones for several developmental projects at the Tatanagar Railway Station before addressing the public meeting at Gopal Maidan, Bistupur.

“The party is working on every detail for the program’s success, holding meetings at district and divisional levels,” he said, underscoring the party’s determination to make the rally a resounding success. In addition to preparations for the PM’s visit, Marandi also spoke about the party’s ongoing organizational activities, including booth-level meetings and voter list reviews.

The BJP leader highlighted the significance of the upcoming Parivartan Sankalp Yatra, which will be conducted across all six organizational divisions of Jharkhand. The yatra aims to showcase the failures of the Hemant Soren government, accusing it of broken promises and maladministration.

“Through this yatra, we will expose the breach of promises made by the Hemant government and urge the people to give the BJP a chance to build a strong government in Jharkhand,” he stated.

Marandi also commented on the recent defection of senior leader Champai Soren from Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) to the BJP. According to Marandi, this defection signals the growing dissatisfaction among long-time JMM leaders with the leadership of Chief Minister Hemant Soren. He criticized Soren for allowing Jharkhand to fall prey to “loot, corruption, and middlemen” and said that leaders like Champai Soren, who were instrumental in the creation of Jharkhand, are now leaving the party in frustration.
