Jamshedpur, Dec 9: The annual music festival will be organized on December 18 and 19 at The Evening Club auditorium in Tinplate under the joint aegis of Jamshedpur Music Circle and the city’s premier social organization, The Evening Club.
The program will start from 6 pm on both days. There will be three performances on the first day on Saturday, in which Shilpi Laheri will present Kathak dance followed by classical vocalist, Prema Dey. The final performance of the first evening will be a sitar recital by Anirudh Chowdhury from Kolkata and he will be accompanied on the table by Pradip Bhattacharjee. On the second day, Sunday, another set of three performances have been lined up. The first performance will be by classical vocalist Birendra Upadhyay and his troupe, a table Jugal Bandi by Dr Partho Priya Das and Ritorshi Ganguly and will conclude with classical song presentations by Sohini Singha Majumdar. There will be free entry to the two day event.
