Jamshedpur: Rajkumar Singh alias Raju Singh, accused of attacking Saukit Singh alias Kittu with a sharp weapon in front of Bailey Bodhanwala Garage in Bistupur Jamshedpur, has been arrested by Bistupur police and sent to jail.
Raju Singh has been a leader of BJP and later he joined hands with Jamshedpur East MLA Saryu Rai. On September 5, 2022, Saikit alias Kittu Singh was attacked with a sharp edged weapon in front of Bailey Bodhanwala Garage in Bistupur.
In this case, Sumit Nag was arrested by the police with weapons. Rajkumar Singh alias Raju, Akhilesh Singh, Aman Mishra, Aditya Jha, Satveer Singh were accused in this case.
In this case, Lalu Singh and Rohit Singh alias Golu had surrendered in the court. Raju Singh was absconding in this case. Sources have said that the police has arrested Raju Singh.
