In the quiet lanes of the small town of Munger, a young boy named Vishal Jain discovered something extraordinary early in life. At just 7 years old, he felt an unexplainable pull towards music. It wasn’t a hobby—it was something deeper. Each time he stood on stage, it felt like home. Trained in Hindustani Classical music, Vishal’s voice began finding its place in the world. His talent earned him several accolades—winner of Aagaaz 3.0, judged by Anu Malik and Tulsi Kumar, along with titles like South Indian Jain Idol, Jain Idol, Jains Got Talent, and Voice of Mindspace Mumbai.

Yet even the brightest dreams can dim under the weight of expectations. Though Vishal’s family always supported his love for music and stood by him with pride, the intense pressure of societal norms could not be ignored. They encouraged him to complete his education first—to secure a stable life before chasing uncertain artistic dreams. With a heavy heart and a sense of duty, Vishal pursued a B.Tech degree and eventually became a data analyst at a reputed Indian firm. On the outside, he was successful. But inside, a quiet storm brewed. Every day was a tug-of-war between his responsibilities and the voice within—a voice that longed to sing, to create, to breathe freely through music.
In 2016, destiny brought someone into his life who would rekindle that voice—Manisha Jain, a gold medalist in Marketing and a professor at St. Xavier’s College, Ranchi. More than a partner, Manisha became his strength. She didn’t just see Vishal’s talent—she believed in it. Where the world demanded practicality, she inspired authenticity. With her constant support and shared vision, the couple co-founded Aadishaktii—a band born from their passion, courage, and love.

Despite their professional commitments—Vishal in the IT world and Manisha in academia—they nurtured their artistic journey with unwavering dedication. Aadishaktii soon became more than a band. It became an experience—a soul-stirring movement that touched lives across the country. Their performances weren’t just musical—they were emotional, spiritual, unforgettable.
Speaking about how he balances work and passion, Vishal says, “Balancing work and music is definitely challenging, but I stay disciplined by keeping my heart and mind aligned. I always focus on what holds the highest priority first—and that’s how I manage both worlds, one step at a time.”
Asked where he sees Aadishaktii in the next decade, Vishal responds with clarity: “I see Aadishaktii performing across the globe—just doing what we love, touching hearts, and healing people through music.”
As for the most memorable moment on stage? “Honestly,” Vishal smiles, “I’m living my dream—so there’s no one favorite performance. Every stage, whether big or small, and every client brings a different kind of energy and memory that stays with us. Each show leaves its own beautiful impact on our journey.”
Their story is a living reminder that when your passion is pure, and when your love for your art is treated as sacred, life begins to align. The universe opens the right doors and places the right people at the right time.
Today, Vishal and Manisha continue to travel across India with Aadishaktii, not just performing—but healing, inspiring, and uplifting through the divine power of music. A story born from belief, nurtured with love, and lived with unshakable purpose.
