Jamshedpur, Jan 29: A total of 98 employees from various departments of Tata Motors have successfully acquired multi-skill certification, leading to an increase in wages as per company policy.
This process, which had been stalled for the past few years, was revived through the efforts of Union President Gurmeet Singh and General Secretary RK Singh in the workers’ interest.
A felicitation event was held at the Tata Motors Management Training Center (MTC), where all 98 employees were honored with multi-skill certificates and commendation letters. The program saw participation from Union President Gurmeet Singh, General Secretary RK Singh, HR Head Pranav Kumar, GM (ER & CSR) Soumik Roy, and senior HR officials.
Additionally, a union meeting was held to review preparations for the upcoming General Meeting on February 3, where the leadership congratulated the newly certified employees.
