Jharkhand  agriculture and  animal husbandry minister Shilpi Neha Tirkey was going on a tour to Basia. While going to Jolo, three vehicles of the minister’s convoy collided with each other.

A total of five persons including Basia’s Block Development Officer (BDO) Supriya Bhagat were injured in this accident. The BDO and other workers have suffered minor injuries. The BDO of Basia was travelling in a Tata Sumo car. A Swift Dzire car was running ahead of her car. The Swift Dzire car has been damaged.

The convoy was going towards Jolo village, the accident took place in Dukai village

The minister’s convoy was going towards Jolo village. There was a long line of vehicles in the convoy. Meanwhile, near the school in Tukai village, the driver of a car going ahead suddenly applied brakes. The driver of Swift Dzire also had to suddenly apply brakes. Meanwhile, the car of Basia BDO, which was moving at a high speed, hit the car in front. The collision was so strong that both the vehicles were damaged.

In this accident, BDO Supriya Bhagat, BDO’s driver Jagpal Kumar, Banmali Sahu of JSLPS, Jitendra Kumar Bhagat, resident of Ramjadi and Jyoti Lakra have been injured. After this incident, the convoy of vehicles stopped for some time. Everyone started asking about the condition of the people in the car.

Eyewitnesses have said that there was a tremendous collision between three vehicles. By the grace of God, the people in the cars have only suffered injuries. The speed of all the vehicles in the convoy was very high. This is the reason that despite applying brakes, the cars hit each other. However, the minister’s car was in the front, so his car did not suffer any damage.
