Gamharia, Oct 8: Bonus agreement was reached between officials of Ramkrishna Forgings Ltd and those of the recognized union resulting in 17.25 percent bonus for the company’s Kolabira Plant V employees. CPO Shakti Senapati, HR Head Manish Jha, Plant Head KK Jha, Niraj Sinha, Gopal Singhdev and Dinesh Prasad signed the bonus agreement on behalf of the company while Union President Ashok Yadav, General Secretary Devdutt Sahu, Treasurer Raju Sinha, Arun Singh, Ratanjeev Mishra, Gautam Kumbhakar and Uday Sharma constituted the employees’ representative team.
