Jamshedpur, Oct 6: In an agreement between the management of Ramkrishna Forgings Ltd and the company’s recognized union Ramkrishna Forgings Kamgaar Sangh, the permanent employees of the company will be paid 17.25 percent bonus this year. This percentage was agreed upon against a demand of 20 percent bonus and gifts to permanent employees of the company. Under the bonus agreement of 17.25 percent, the highest amount payable will be Rs 65,790 and the minimum Rs 44,675. The percentage was mutually agreed upon by the management of Ramkrishna Forgings Ltd management and the Union officials in view of the lockdown effect in 2020 that curtailed production and hit the company’s income generation.
The MoU was signed on behalf of the management by CPO SP Senapati, Plant Head M Bala Murli Krishna, HR Manager Manohar Pandey and Rintu Mukherjee, while on behalf of the Kamgaar Sangh by its President Abhay Labh, Vice President Dinesh Ram, General Secretary Tarakeshwar Yadav, Joint Secretary Bipul Goldar, Organization secretary GP Das, Treasurer Achchhe Lal Yadav and committee members Shailendra Singh, Naval Jha and Munshi Yadav. The bonus amounts will be sent to the respective bank accounts of the employees by Friday, October 8.
