Jamshedpur: An enrollment test for admission to CM Schools of Excellence, which follows the CBSE pattern, was conducted at Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya, Jamshedpur. A total of 156 girl students appeared for the test for admission to Classes 6 and 8.
The examination process was overseen by Warden Reena Kumari Singh, along with Asha Kumari Mahato and others.
Assistance was provided by Deepmala and Vineet Pandey, while Subhashi Murmu managed the distribution of question papers. Dilip Kumar Mahato and Anita Jha were responsible for checking students at the entrance. Pushpa Kiran and school accountant Jayant Das also contributed to the smooth conduct of the examination. Additionally, Cluster Resource Worker Shankar Goep was deputed to oversee the test arrangements.
Cluster Resource Worker Sanjay Kumar emphasized that the CM Schools of Excellence marks a significant advancement in Jharkhand’s education sector. Currently, 80 such schools are operating under the CBSE curriculum, ensuring high-quality education. This initiative has been well received by parents, leading to a surge in enrollments last year. For the academic session 2025-26, both online and offline enrollment options have been provided.
These schools are fully equipped with modern infrastructure, including language labs, computer labs, science and mathematics labs, libraries, and smart classrooms. Additionally, extensive sports facilities are available to promote physical development among students. The initiative aims to provide quality education with a focus on holistic learning.
A high level of enthusiasm was observed among students and parents for the upcoming academic session, reflecting the growing popularity of the CM School of Excellence in Jharkhand.
