Jamshedpur : A 25-year-old�youth set�a motor garage on fire at�Dhatkidih under Bistupur police station area in the wee hours today.
Two two-wheelers and motor parts including accessories worth about Rs 2 lakh were gutted.� The garage was owned by Mohammed Raza. The police� arrested the�youth identified as Mohammed Imran, who resides close to the gutted motor garage.
Raza who is a resident of� Kadma said that at about 6.30 pm on Monday, Imran came to his garage and asked to lend him a bike for sometime. When he refused him with a bit rudely, he got angry.�
According to sources, the accused had poured kerosene oil on the garage before setting it on fire at 2.30 am and had returned back home.
Officer-in-charge, Bistupur police station, Jitendra Kumar confirmed that Mohammed Imran had set the motor garage on fire, that led to gutted completely.
