Jamshedpur, Oct 31: A 23 year-old youth, identified as Manoj Machhua, reportedly committed suicide in his house at Sitaramdera on Monday. His body was found hanging from the ceiling of his room this morning. His family members said he was mentally unwell and that they were worried about his health for the last few days. The deceased went to his room after finishing his meal late yesterday night, they told cops.
Police have registered a case of unnatural death in this connection and sent the body of the deceased to MGM Medical College for postmortem examination.
