Fun-filled competitions, guest lectures, panel discussions lined up for 3-day event
Jamshedpur, Jan 7: XLRI- Xavier School of Management Jamshedpur will be hosting its annual flagship tech-ops event CYGNUS 2020-21 on 8-10 January, on the theme ‘Resurgence through Resilience’ to mark the effect of Covid-19 on businesses’ operational activities and their response to it.
It will be a 3-day symposium conducted jointly by the Operations (AXIOM) and Technical (SOCRATES) committee at campus.
The event will host 4 exciting fun-filled competitions across three days with a total prize money of up to INR 1.3 Lakhs. Apart from that, the event will also include guest lectures and panel discussions on topics related to operations and technology by industry experts from KPMG, ITC, and a lot more. Students from top colleges like IIMs, IITs, NITs, DU will be participating in the competitions and gaining practical knowledge from experts during the course of the event.
The event will be conducted in a virtual mode (online) due to the pandemic and team/individual registrations for competitions or lectures are open on cygnusxlri.com.
