Aditi Kumari of DBMS College of Education impresses at ‘MY Bharat Budget Quest 2026’
Jamshedpur, April 16: Aditi Kumari, a student of D.B.M.S. College of Education, has made the city proud with her outstanding performance in the “MY Bharat Budget Quest 2026” held in Ranchi.
The two-day event took place on April 12 and 13 at Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences, where around 300 selected participants from Jharkhand and West Bengal competed. Notably, nearly 12 lakh participants from across the country had taken part in the initial stages of the competition.
The contest included a quiz round followed by an essay writing competition. After successfully clearing these stages, Aditi advanced to the final round held in Ranchi. In the final, she delivered an impressive speech on “33% Reservation for Women in Parliament,” highlighting the importance of women empowerment and political participation.

Her presentation was well received by experts and fellow participants. During the event, participants also got the opportunity to interact with Union Ministers, political leaders, Jharkhand MLA C. P. Singh and Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma. A virtual message from the Prime Minister was also shared.
The college management and faculty members congratulated Aditi for her achievement.
The success of this program was made possible through the commendable contribution of Secretary Sripriya Dharmarajan, Joint Secretary Sudha Dileep, Principal Dr. Joohi Samarpita, Vice-Principal Dr. Monica Uppal, along with all faculty members and supporting staff.
