Jamshedpur: The JRD Tata Foundation for Business Ethics has announced the Third International Conference 2026 on “Reimagining Business and Leadership: Ethics, Sustainability, and the Future of Responsible Growth,” to be held at XLRI – Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur.
The three-day international conference will take place from 9 January 2026 (4:30 PM) to 11 January 2026 (1:00 PM) at the XLRI campus. The event is expected to bring together eminent scholars, industry leaders, practitioners, and thought leaders from India and across the globe to deliberate on the changing dimensions of ethical leadership, sustainable business practices, and inclusive growth in a rapidly evolving global environment.
As XLRI’s flagship international academic gathering on ethics and sustainability, the conference aims to foster meaningful dialogue on the future of responsible business and leadership. The programme will feature keynote addresses by global experts in ethics and leadership, research paper presentations on themes ranging from human-centric leadership to responsible governance, and workshops and panel discussions focused on ethics-driven management practices.
Interactive sessions will also explore critical issues such as sustainability, equity, well-being, and the role of emerging technologies in reimagining business and leadership. Key conference themes include redefining leadership for a human-centred economy, ethical frameworks beyond profit maximisation, institutional renewal, artificial intelligence and human futures, and post-growth models that emphasise planetary responsibility.
