Jamshedpur: A one day training workshop on mosquito borne diseases was held at the Sadar Hospital which was chaired by Civil Surgeon Dr Maheshwar Prasad.
The workshop was attended by Block level ANMs and health workers. They were informed about the symptoms of mosquito borne diseases and the preventive steps to be taken at such times.
Dr Maheshwar Prasad directed the ANMs and health workers present at the camp to make the people aware of the symptoms and the preventive measures to be adopted to prevent such diseases.
Later addressing a meeting of private school representatives at Andhra Association in Kadma, Dr Prasad discussed the final phase of MR vaccination and urged them to cooperate in this drive.
The DMO, DPM and other officials were present during the meet.
