Ranchi: Rashtriya Janata Dal president Laloo Prasad Yadav today said that he will be creating a wave against communal forces from Jharkhand and Bihar in a bid to deal a blow to such forces in the country.
He said communal forces were trying to gain ground in the country with the Bharatiya Janata Party vouching for the candidature of Prime Ministerial candidate Narendra Modi.
The RJD leader was in the state Capital on Thursday in connection with a case hearing in the special court of the Central Bureau of Investigation.
Speaking to scribes at the airport, he said the communal forces were trying desperately to increase their influence under the leadership of Narendra Modi.
He said he will not let the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh and other such organizations succeed in their efforts.
�The RJD and Lok Janshakti Party will join hands with the Congress to strengthen secular forces in Bihar and Jharkhand.
Congress is a national party. There is no need to worry about seat allocation. Our mission is to put reins on communalism,� said the veteran politician.
The former Bihar CM said the Central government was trying to bring a Bill against communalism.
But parties like BJP are opposing the Bill, he said. He said the BJP should explain the justification behind the opposition.
