W. Singhbhum DC takes stock of land reform, revenue dept

Chaibasa, June 2: West Singhbhum deputy commissioner Abu Backer Sidhique chaired the meeting of land reform and revenue department at his office here on Wednesday and directed the circle officers to enlist the illegal land transfer and asked them to cancel such land transfer.  

Khasmahal land should also be enlisted and renewal of such land should be recommended by competent authority. The DC also directed them to resolve the land mutation under service rights.  

The cases lying in SAR should be disposed of by June 2016 and make their number zero. The land mutation should begin on online digitization.  

Application of the bank land should be forwarded after conducting physical verification. DC asked the authorities to distribute compensation by organizing camp for land acquisition.

The administration has received so far land transfer cases from Majhgaon and Sadar Anchal.  The staff-wise report of registrar 2 and deposit should be submitted after verification. If the record of right for gairmazura land and lease is opened then report should be submitted by June 8.  

In every village there exist one Gaimazurwa land and the officers must verify that how many of them have been transferred illegally.  

DC demanded report from Noamundi, Jagnnathpur, Hutgamahria, and Jhinkpani blocks including other circle offices. The ADC, Bhumi Sudhar Samahrta Anchal Adhikari and Anachal inspector were present at the meeting.
