Jamshedpur, November 30. Vice President of India Jagdeep Dhankhar will reach the city on his one-day visit on Sunday, December 10.
He will participate in the program organized at XLRI School of Management.
East Singhbhum deputy commissioner Manjunath Bhajantri and SSP Kishore Kaushal held a meeting with senior officials and officers. The Deputy Commissioner gave instructions to the concerned officers for point-wise preparations. Regarding the one-day program of the vice president, the Deputy Commissioner and SSP took stock of the program premises.
During the inspection of the program premises, the entire outline of the program was reviewed by the Deputy Commissioner and SSP. In this sequence, he reviewed the traffic and evacuation from the venue, security and law and order at the venue, barricading and parking arrangements in the premises etc. and gave necessary directions to the concerned officials. He gave necessary guidelines regarding deputation of magistrates at the venue, route chart and smooth traffic arrangements during VIP movement.
It was ensured that there was no lapse of any kind in security and maintenance of law and order.
