Jamshedpur, Nov 17: The state Women Congress Ex.Vice president Usha Singh has congratulated Sachin Tendulkar on being given Bharat Ratna.
He said the Central government had done a great job by conferring the highest civilian award to him for his outstanding contributions to sports.
Singh said that Sachin who was playing his last international match where team grabbed a fine win and on the historic day Central government announcing Bharat Ratna became more memorable for Tendulkar.
