Jamshedpur, July 7: The rain that lashed Jamshedpur on Monday and Tuesday uprooted a tree near Shanti Hari Abasan opposite of Gopal Maidan in Bistupur on Tuesday morning.
One of the busiest roads of the city connecting Bistupur to Kadma and Sonari was all jammed. The vehicular movement came to a halt as the tree fell on the main road.
The other side of the road was used by commuters for going towards Bistupur and coming to Kadma-Sonari which resulted in traffic disruption.
