Jamshedpur, April 25: In an alarming case, a resident of Tamolia near Jamshedpur, Fuchu Hembram, has been declared dead on paper, despite being very much alive. The confusion arose after the unfortunate demise of Fuchu’s brother-in-law, Haldhar Majhi. According to Fuchu, he has been tirelessly visiting MGM Hospital to rectify this administrative error and prove his existence.

The ordeal began when Fuchu went to MGM Hospital to obtain a death certificate for his late brother-in-law, who passed away on April 1 during treatment at the hospital. To his astonishment, Fuchu discovered that his own name had been erroneously listed as deceased in the hospital records. Since then, he has been persistently visiting the hospital in an effort to correct this glaring mistake.

Frustrated by the lack of resolution, Fuchu sought assistance from BJP leader Vimal Baitha. Consequently, efforts are now underway to rectify the situation, with MGM management reportedly requesting an affidavit from Fuchu to correct the error. Fuchu has submitted an application to the MGM Hospital Superintendent, affirming his identity and pleading for the necessary correction to be made.
