PM Modi to flag off four new trains
Jamshedpur, Sep 6: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to flag off four Vande Bharat trains on September 15. Among these, two will originate from Tatanagar Railway Station, with services to Patna and Berhampur. The other two routes include Deoghar to Varanasi (Baba Baidyanath Dham to Vishwanath Dham) and Dumka to Ranchi.
Preparations are in full swing, with two pairs of Vande Bharat trains already arriving at Tatanagar for trial runs and washing. Timings for all four trains have been finalized.
The upcoming launch is accompanied by heightened security measures at Tatanagar, in anticipation of the Prime Minister’s arrival. Special arrangements are being made for the event, with continuous coordination between the railways and the Jamshedpur district administration. Deputy Commissioner Ananya Mittal and Senior Superintendent of Police Kishore Kaushal have reviewed the security and logistical arrangements.
Jamshedpur MP Bidyut Baran Mahto emphasized the significance of these new services, highlighting that the Tata-Patna and Tata- Berhampur routes will greatly benefit passengers traveling to Bihar and Odisha.
