Jamshedpur, May 27: Security personnel at Tata Steel apprehended two thieves red-handed while they were stealing from the company premises. The suspects, identified as Mohd. Bilal and Mohd. Monu, residents of Sido-Kanho Colony and Kitadih respectively, were handed over to the Bistupur police after their capture.
During interrogation, Bilal and Monu confessed to the theft. Stolen goods were recovered from both individuals. An FIR has been filed at the Bistupur police station by Tata Steel’s Assistant Security Inspector, Anuj Khalkho.
According to reports, security personnel noticed the two youths stealing goods on Sunday night and intervened, leading to their arrest. Both offenders were subsequently remanded to jail on Monday.
