Jamshedpur, Sep 26: TRF conducted a free health checkup camp for its female contractor employees at its premises under the Swasth Nari, Sashakt Parivaar Abhiyaan, launched by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. The campaign, running from September 17 to October 2, 2025, aims to promote health awareness among women and address concerns such as anemia, breast cancer, gynecological disorders, and heart diseases.
TRF collaborated with the government and, following guidance from the Office of the Chief Inspector of Factories, Jharkhand, organized the comprehensive health camp. Thirty female contractor employees participated and benefitted from the free medical checkup conducted on September 26, 2025.
The camp was inaugurated by Rupa Paul, Officer-In-Charge, Sakchi Mahila Police Station, Jamshedpur, who was the Chief Guest. Abhijeet Singh, CHRO, TRF, along with senior company leadership, the TRF Labour Union General Secretary, office bearers, and members from the administration and medical departments ensured smooth arrangements for the campaign.
The initiative reflects TRF’s commitment to promoting health consciousness among female employees and supporting government efforts to strengthen women’s health and empowerment. The dignitaries inaugurated the camp by lighting the ceremonial lamp, marking a successful launch of the program at the factory and township premises.
