BJP Celebrates 47th Foundation Day in Jamshedpur

Jamshedpur: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), the world’s largest political organization, celebrated its 47th Foundation Day on Monday with grand events across the Jamshedpur Metropolis. BJP District President Sanjeev Sinha hoisted the party flag at the Sakchi district office, while senior leaders, including MP Bidyut Baran Mahato and MLA Purnima Sahu, unfurled the flag at their respective residences.

The district office was adorned with flowers and lights as workers paid floral tributes to party icons Dr. Syama Prasad Mookerjee and Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya. Addressing the gathering, MP Bidyut Baran Mahato credited the party’s global stature to the “tireless struggle and sacrifice of millions of workers.” He asserted that Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s popularity remains unshakable despite opposition conspiracies.

MLA Purnima Sahu highlighted the party’s commitment to social justice and good governance. In a touching gesture of camaraderie, she visited the office kitchen to personally brew and serve tea to workers. Additionally, a long-serving female staff member was honoured for her dedicated service, fostering a familial atmosphere.

Similar celebrations echoed across all 28 mandals, where booth-level workers hoisted flags and reaffirmed the “Antyodaya” philosophy. State spokesperson Amarpreet Singh Kale and former MP Abha Mahato also addressed the cadre, urging them to carry the message of development to every doorstep.
