Tata Steel UISL wins 3 gold medals at CCQC 2025

Jamshedpur, September 26: Tata Steel UISL achieved remarkable success at the 25th Chapter Convention on Quality Concepts (CCQC) 2025, organised by the Quality Circle Forum of India (QCFI), Visakhapatnam Chapter. The company’s teams – Aila from Water and Wastewater Services, Roshan from Town O&M and Rankini from Power Services & Utility Billing bagged three Gold Medals at the convention. Additionally, Team

Roshan was declared the winner of the Model Exhibition Contest.

The two-day convention, held on September 25–26, 2025, was themed “Quality Concepts for Atma Nirbhar Viksit Bharat.” The event brought together enthusiastic participants from leading organisations, showcasing innovative ideas, models and solutions for process improvement and quality excellence.

Among 148 participating teams, Tata Steel UISL stood out for its focus on innovation, safety, productivity improvement, and measurable impact on quality enhancement. A total of 17 teams participated in the Model Exhibition.

This recognition underscores Tata Steel UISL’s commitment to fostering a culture of quality, innovation, and continuous improvement, while actively contributing to knowledge sharing and excellence on national platforms.
