Trees illegally cut near JNAC office in Jamshedpur

Jamshedpur, August 19: An incident of illegal tree cutting near the Jamshedpur Notified Area Committee (JNAC) office and Sakchi No. 9 roundabout has been reported. Two neem and two amla trees were felled in an area where Jusco had recently built and allocated shops. Dhananjay Pandey, a retired sanitation inspector from Jamshedpur NAC, filed a complaint with the Dhalbhum SDO regarding the matter. Pandey mentioned that the trees were planted by Jusco during his tenure.
